With a total workforce of c.750,000, the UK Social Care sector currently has in the region of 150,000 care staff vacancies and, filling those roles with qualified carers is not getting any easier.
With a current shortfall in provision of residential social care beds and demand for provision forecast to increase significantly in the coming years, the permanent staffing of care homes with qualified, trained, dedicated staff is the number one concern for public and private sector care providers across the UK.
The situation is now beyond critical. We need new solutions.
About Us
Working with our UK and international partners, Dynamis People Care has tested and proven a new way to source high quality, dedicated, 'Skills for Care' trained staff from India, to help address the skills and permanent staffing crisis in UK Social Care.
Now, having proven this new model, working with a private healthcare partnership operating across the south west of England, Dynamis People Care Ltd has been formed to open up this solution & develop new client partnerships with private and public sector social care providers across the UK.
